ATOKA International, LLC

Throughout the Petrochemical, Petroleum Production and Energy Industries there are hundreds of thousands of petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted sites.
ATOKA has developed a team approach to overcome the conditions and volumes of crude oil and hydrocarbon sludge, ranging from tar pits, to aged and weathered sludge pits, pipeline breaches, production water, contaminated soil, water, silicate sands and refinery streams.
ATOKA has teamed with MEQAT Environmental Services Group, Sebha City, Libya, to provide environmental, remediation, engineering, oily waste treatment and management and hydrocarbon recovery services in Libya. The ATOKA Team is capable of operating multiple international sites. We also provide real time and archived monitoring of all technical data to ensure that individual project goals are met or exceeded.

We use an innovative and unique process (patent pending) that takes pit and t
ank sludge, as well as contaminated soil, and recovers salable petroleum hydrocarbons while also remediating the site.
ATOKA’s innovative processing system is capable of reclaiming hydrocarbons from sludge with as low as 4% liquid hydrocarbon content at a rate of about 1,000 barrels of sludge an hour. The ATOKA’s Team desulfurization and oxygenation process’ radically reduces sulfur and other dissolved solids content, increasing hydrocarbon API worth, therefore the value of the recovered product.
As a bonus, onsite enriched recovered hydrocarbons are blended to predetermined API Gravity limits onsite for specialized markets resale.
