Dr. Jerry Overton, Ph.D., P.G., President/CEO is a founding principal of ATOKA and serves as President and CEO. Dr. Overton develops and manages brokering and teaming arrangements and is the final word in financial resources management and personnel selection for all projects. Dr. Overton has over 39 years of experience, and directs all oil and gas industry projects both domestically and internationally. Dr. Overton provides senior project management and oversight as well as litigation support for geology, hydrogeology, hydrology, site characterization and other environmental and hazardous materials site investigations projects.
Robert Reynolds, Drilling Division Director, has over 35 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Reynolds has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and an additional Bachelor of Science degree as well. He completed his Master of Business Administration at the University of Tulsa. Mr. Reynolds has provided design, permitting, drilling, supervision and other services for over two thousand oil, gas and disposal wells in Arkansas, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. Joe D. Henry, C.E.I., I.H., Executive Vice President, is a founding principal of ATOKA with over 40 years experience in project management, data interpretation and fiscal oversight. As Director of the ATOKA Microbiology Laboratory, Mr. Henry oversees all microbiological evaluations, including SA, RI, and RAP program development related to outdoor air quality investigations. Mr. Henry conducts treatability studies for oil remediation projects oversees all mold and other indoor air quality investigations and works closely with the Engineering Division on specialized site investigations.

William Robert "Bob" Watson, Processing Technology Director, Hydrocarbon Recovery Services Development, is the designer and developer for ATOKA's petroleum hydrocarbon recovery equipment and services. Mr. Watson's proprietary equipment designs and technology integrations have created a unique an unmatched system of turning oil field waste into salable crude. Mr. Watson has over 40 years in the oil and gas industry, with extensive expertise in design and development, project planning and management and insightful and effective troubleshooting.

Paula Boyd, Operations Manager, has a degree in Financial Planning with over 20 years experience in environmental project management, regulatory compliance and business development. Ms. Boyd has worked with numerous companies on the development of international business ventures and subsequent project management. Prior to joining the ATOKA Team, Ms. Boyd was instrumental in the establishment of an international office in Hanoi, Vietnam and provided business development and project technical support for projects in Vietnam, Malaysia and China. Ms. Boyd oversees the day-to-day operations of ATOKA International projects and assists Dr. Overton in the management and development of all international and domestic business ventures. 
Jim York, Processing Manager, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology with a diverse background and practical and professional experience in a wide variety of disciplines, including physics, mechanics, chemistry and geology, as well as construction crew management and construction inspection for AHTD. These experiences have successfully been utilized in both the oilfield and environmental consulting, including conducting environmental site assessments and geologic structural integrity studies. Mr. York is an experienced hydrocarbon well logging analyst, having been contracted to companies such as BP, XTO Energy, Chesapeake, and Petrohawk. 
Clifford McBryde, C.M.C., I.H., Vice President, is a founding principal of ATOKA with over 36 years experience in project management, project design, oversight and personnel management. As the Director of the Asbestos Division and oversees all SA, RI and RAP program development related to asbestos investigations. He also assists with the Indoor Air Quality evaluations and regularly conducts Site Assessments, Sampling and Analysis and Remediation Oversight. Mr. McBryde has numerous certifications through ADEQ and others.

Jason Temple, P.E., Director of Engineering Services, oversees all engineering related activities with over 19 years experience in water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, land development, environmental, and master planning experience, including Remedial Action Plan (RAP) development and assists with Remedial Investigation (RI) planning and evaluations. Mr. Temple oversees all engineering design and design implementation activities.

epresented ATOKA for the past several decades as our Middle East / India and Gulf Countries in International Financing & Banking affairs. Mr. Ambatt has more than 3 Decades of extensive experiences in Project Financing and Foreign Exchange Business & Project Management. He has executed Major Projects with Minstry of Industries and Ministry of Railways in Iraq during 1980 to 1989 and Mr.Ambatt was the Major Force and the Architect behind the Bahrain Fuel Oil Project in the Kingdom of Bahrain during the year 2000 to 2005. He has worked throughout the Middle East, Gulf Countries, and India. He provides essential liaison and negotiating services for ATOKA.
