Health and Environmental Impact Assessments
ATOKA International, LLC's senior level scientists, project managers and professional support staff provide turnkey services for in-country Health Impact Assessments (HIA) , Environmental Assessments (EA) and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS).
ATOKA professionals conduct environmental and health assessments for companies around the world in a wide scope of industries. ATOKA's current focus is providing these assessment services for the Oil and Gas Industry on an international basis.
ATOKA's domestic assessment projects include environmental assessments for actions on public lands, including two recently completed projects under the jurisdiction of the USDA Forest Service. One project included the assessment of over 500 miles of electric transmission and distribution lines located in 16 counties of two states and three National Forests. The second included evaluation of natural gas transmission line maintenance in two National Forests. ATOKA also conducted EA projects under the jurisdiction of the US Army Corps of Engineers.
ATOKA's biologists and microbiologists evaluate health and environmental issues for health care facilities, food manufacturing and packaging facilities, eduational, commercial and residential projects.
ATOKA's International Oil Field Services Division is currently developing HIA projects in North Africa with our in-country joint venture partner to assess the impacts of existing and future oil and gas industry facilities.
