The name ATOKA was chosen from the Native American heritage shared by the owners, and is derived from the Choctaw language and meands "fair playing field" in the game of stickball.  The name portrays the company's objectives of conducting work professionally with honesty and integrity.  ATOKA is also the name of a geological formation found withing the central United States, an outcropping of which is shown here.


The ATOKA Team prides itself on using creative thinking to develop custom systems, solutions and business management procedures for every project and business type. Whether it's providing skilled senior management for specialized projects, developing ground-breaking technologies, developing computer applications and systems to meet clients' specific needs, communicating with clients creatively using web-based applications or providing management and support services, the ATOKA Team has the professional skilled personnel to get the job done.

ATOKA International, LLC has put together a team of professional corporations that have agreed to provide services to the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia under the leadership and direction of ATOKA International personnel. Dr. Jerry Overton, President of ATOKA International, LLC, serves as the Director of this consortium of professionals.

The ATOKA Team offers a highly diversified group of professionals with expertise in a wide range of disciplines, technical services and management support capabilities. Our team members have worked worldwide, providing services in over 40 countries, and we enjoy the challenges of multi-national projects. ATOKA currently has a corporate base staff of 83 full time and three part time personnel. Additional staffing from associated companies that comprise ATOKA International, LLC comprise more than 900 employees.
